Warranty

Comprehensive Warranty covers all checking, repairs, replacement of parts and general maintenance service of the equipment during the valid subscription period. Strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s original warranty coverage of the equipment, including all exclusion(s) as stated in manufacturer’s guideline.

Servicing

A total of 6 times regular cleaning. Clearing of drainage pipe to prevent chocking that eventually leads to water leakage. Remove dust, mould and greasy dirt trap on aircon filter, heat exchanger and blow fan.

    Coolfix is a Real Time On-Demand Aircon Services Mobile App, which provide customers with real time diagnosis, repair and general services for air-conditioning units by our highly qualified BCA certified partners. We are a service platform under Natural Cool. Consisting of various contractor partners which are skilled, reliable, experienced and competent.
  • 2. What services does Coolfix offer?
    We currently offer the following services: Aircon General Servicing Aircon Chemical Cleaning Refrigerant top-up for aircon system Aircon Checking Aircon Repair
  • 3. Does Coolfix provide installation works?
    Yes, please contact our installation partner directly via whatsapp 9457 2485 (Lifestyle Guru).

  • 5. What are the available mode of payments?
    Credit cards (Visa and Master) and Paynow. Ensure payment is ready for either mode of payment.
  • 6. How can I make a booking?
    You need to download our Coolfix App via Apple store or Google Playstore and create a Coolfix account. Once done, you may start to make a booking via the app.
  • 7. How to communicate with the technician?
    If you need to communicate with the technician regarding your booking, you may use the In-app chat function. You can only start to communicate with the technician after he accepted your booking.
  • 8. Does Coolfix provide any warranty for aircon repair and servicing works?
    Yes, we provide a standard 30 days workmanship warranty (labour) from the date your job was completed.
  • 9. How do I claim warranty?
    If your completed job is still within 30 days workmanship warranty, go to side bar menu’s "Job History" and choose the specific "Completed" job. Then use the In-app chat to message the technician directly.
  • 10. Can I choose and specify my preferred technician?
    We take pride in providing reliable, experienced and certified technicians to our customers. Therefore, you are unable to specify your preferred technicians, but rest assured they are all trustworthy and competent.
  • 11. What should I do if I am not satisfied or have a dispute with the service provided by the technician?
    We have a customer service team ready to assist you. You can contact us within 5 working days of the completed job and we will do our best to assist you. Our Customer Service hotline is 6593 1111 from Mon-Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm) or email us at contactus@coolfix.com.sg
  • 12. What if I need to change the appointment time?
    You may contact the technician directly via the In-app chat function or call the contractor’s service hotline found in your specific booking inside the App.
  • 13. How do I Cancel my Job?
    You may contact the technician directly via the In-app chat function or call the contractor’s service hotline found in your specific booking inside the App. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service hotline 6593 1111 from Mon-Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm) or email us at contactus@coolfix.com.sg Management may impose $40 penalty if cancellation notification is less than 2 hours.
  • 14. What will I do if the Technician did not show up or is late for appointment?
    You may contact the technician directly via the In-app chat or call the contractor’s service hotline found in your specific booking inside the App. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service hotline 6593 1111 from Mon-Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm) or email us at contactus@coolfix.com.sg
  • 15. Do I need to get permission from my Condo Building Management/MCST before the appointment date?
    It depends on your condo building management. We strongly advise that you check with them regarding the entry requirements. If there are any required details kindly let the technician know immediately.
  • 16. What will I do if my credit/debit card is not accepted after the job is completed?
    Try a different card (we accept Visa or Mastercard), or pay via Paynow.
  • 17. How much does the aircon service cost?
    We have prepared a cost guide for your easy reference. -Normal service for 1 Fan Coil Unit: $60 -Normal Service x 2 Fan Coil Unit: $76.00 *Additional Fan Coil Unit shall be charge at $38 per unit (For example: Normal Service of 3 Fan Coil Unit: $38 x 3 = $114) -Checking fee: $60 per trip -Standard Transport Charge: $60 -Above prices exclude applicable GST -Applicable for wall mounted, ceiling cassette and ceiling suspend unit within 3.2 meters high
  • 18. What if no service was performed even though the technician has already arrived at my home?
    A standard transport charge of $60 apply (subject to applicable GST).
  • 19. Who is behind Coolfix?
    We are a service platform under Natural Cool. Consisting of various contractor partners which are skilled, reliable, experienced and competent.
  • 20. What area does Coolfix cover?
    Coolfix App specialized in all types of aircon system except for centralized cooling system.   • 21. Do I have to be at home during the service appointment?
    Not necessary. If you can’t be at home, please inform someone in your household to be there during the service period and ensure payment will be made on the spot.
